Notifications

These notifications offer you insights into the activities carried out concerning your account. If you come across any suspicious activity, we encourage you to report it to your organization. Otherwise, feel free to dismiss the notifications, as they will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

• Display notifications the user has subscribed to.

• Provide a clear button on each notification to dismiss it.

• Provide a "Acknowledge All" button to remove all notifications.

• Show an indicator when notifications are available.

Acknowledge individual notification

Follow below step to acknowledge a notification

1. On the notification page, click on the "checkmark" icon next to the notification you have chosen.

2. Upon clicking the "checkmark" icon, the notification will be acknowledged and moved to the archived state.

3. Upon successful acknowledgment, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Acknowledge all notifications

Follow below step to acknowledge a notification

1. Click on the “Acknowledge All“ button on the notification page.

2. All the notifications will be acknowledged and moved to archived state.

3. Upon successful acknowledgment, a confirmation message will be displayed.
   
   

4. You'll be able to see the acknowledged notifications once you click on the Archived toggle.

Delete notifications

Follow below steps to delete notifications

1. Click on the archived toggle on the notification page.

2. You'll be able to see the acknowledged notifications once you click on the Archived toggle.
   
   

3. Click on the delete icon situated on the notification card you wish to remove.

4. Confirmation pop up will be shown.

5. Click on the confirm button to delete the notification.

6. Confirmation message will appear once the notification has been deleted.
