Overview

Customer Problem

Organizations lack an authoritative source for exceptional user types who require access to technical resources (applications, wireless network, building access, etc.).

Organizations do a good job of tracking the lifecycle of internal users such as Employees and Students. There is an HRMS to track employees and SMS to track Students. These systems are ideal authoritative sources for triggering identity lifecycle events in downstream systems.

There are other user types not tracked in these existing systems including Contractors, Substitutes, Visitors, etc., who require different levels of access to customer resources. Today, this access is handled manually which is inefficient and opens the organization to many security risks. Typically access to these exceptional users are never disabled and, in fact, accumulate over time as additional access is required over time.

Vision Statement

Yunibas is the ideal system for tracking the lifecycle of exceptional users and providing extensive integration with third-party systems capable of handling user lifecycle management from an identity and access management perspective.

Target Audience

We see Yunibas as a “PRMS” (People Resource Management System). Any organization that grants access to non-employees has a need for such a system, and, as such, is a perspective customer.
