• As you click on the About option under the Help section, about page will be shown -

• Two sections will be shown on the About page

  • Application Information

  • Session information

• You can view below details on About page -

  • Server version

  • Client version

  • User’s name & email address

  • User’s Account ID

  • User’s current Tenant ID

  • User’s Session ID

  • User’s Tenant Roles

• You can copy and share the below details in case of any issue with Administrator

  • Tenant Identifier

  • Account Identifier

  • Session Identifier

• When you click on the "Terms" or "Privacy" link, an external page will open, providing additional information about the terms and privacy.
