Personas

Member personas can be managed from both the members page and the personas page. From the personas page, you can conveniently manage members based on the active persona. Access the management of active personas through the "Persona" tab located in the settings menu.

Below actions can be performed on personas page

  • Manage Personas and their associated Members

    • Tenant Admins can manage all Personas

    • Persona Managers can only manage their assigned Personas

  • One or more members can be selected

  • Extend selected Member Persona associations

  • Expire selected Member Persona associations

  • Remove selected Member Persona associations

 

Manage Personas and their associated Members

Follow below steps to associate a member to a persona-

  1. Click on the "Personas" option from the main menu.

  2. All active personas will be shown with dropdown list.

  3. Click on the persona dropdown to expend the menu.

  4. Click on the “Add Member“ dropdown.

  5. Select the member you wish to associate with the persona.

  6. On selecting the member from the drop down list a pop up will be shown.

  7. Select the expiration date from the pop up.

  8. Member cards will be associated and displayed in the persona section, accompanied by a confirmation message.

 

Tenant Admins can manage all Personas

Tenant admins have full access to the Yunibas application. Tenant admin can view all the active persona’s set from persona setting page. Admin can view, select, expire and remove all selected from the persona page.

Persona Managers and Persona Administrator can only manage their assigned Personas

Tenant admins have the ability to assign Persona Manager and Persona Administrator roles to personas within the persona setting page for select person.

Lets say under persona setting page you have set Persona Administrator -

Click on the persona “Visitor 3“ and set persona administrator -

The persona administrator will also be displayed on the persona card within the persona setting page.

When a persona administrator logs into the Yunibas application and navigates to the Personas page, they will only see the personas for which they have been designated as an administrator (e.g.Visitor 3)-

One or more members can be selected

Users can now select one or more members from a single persona or multiple personas all at once by selecting tick box in front of member’s card.

Extend selected Member Persona associations

Users can now extend one or more members for a single persona or multiple personas all at once by clicking “Expire Selected“ button after selecting tick box in front of the member cards.

Selected members will be extended and confirmation message will be shown-

Users can now expire one or more members for a single persona or multiple personas all at once by clicking “Extend Selected“ button after selecting tick box in front of member’s card -

Selected members will be promptly deactivated and their status will be switched to inactive. The "inactive" tag will then be displayed on the member’s card -

Remove selected Member Persona associations

Users can now remove association of one or more members for a single persona or multiple personas all at once by selecting “Remove Associations“ button after selecting tick box in front of member’s card -

Confirmation pop up will be shown after clicking on “Remove Associations“ button-

Selected members will be disassociated from the selected persona's and confirmation message will be shown after clicking “Confirm“ button from the pop up -
