User’s will see following tabs under settings menu as below - 

  1. Users Tab

  2. Schema Schema Tab

  3. Persona Personas Tab

  4. API Tab

  5. Webhook Webhook Tab

Note : By default users tab will be loaded when clicked on Settings menu.

Users Tab

As an administrator for the tenant, you will have access to the settings menu and the users tab. Users are other employees within the organization who you want to allow the ability to log into Yunibas and manage members and personas.

Tenant administrator can manage below actions under users tab -

  1. Invite users,

  2. Manage users accounts

  3. Manage additional privileges to users

  4. Archive and delete user’s accounts.

Invite New Users

Upon registering their tenant to use Yunibas for the first time, users are automatically created as the initial user and assigned the admin role. This allows them to invite other users. We kindly ask for their working email address at a minimum in order to send invitations.

Follow below steps to invite users -

  1. Click on the "Settings" option located under the "Configure" section.

  2. Click on the "Users" tab below the greetings.

  3. After clicking on the “Invite Users” button the Invite user form will open

  4. Fill invited user full name and valid email address in respective fields. 

  5. Click on the admin checkbox, If we want to make the invited user as a “Admin”

  6. After filling the required information, click on the “Send Invite” button.

  7. An email will be sent to the invited user with an accept invitation link. Users will be directed to the users tab and invitation cards will be generated under the pending invites section.

  8. As invited users accept the invitation link, the invited user card will be moved from the pending invite section to the users section and now invited users can login and utilize the Yunibas application.

Manage Users Account

Admin can manage other users account from users sections and pending invite section.

Follow below steps to modify users from users section -

  1. Click anywhere on the user card to modify the account details.

  2. After clicking on the user's card, user form will be shown

  3. Admin can modify the details and click on the “Save“ button or “Save“ Icon to save the changes.

  4. After clicking on the “Save“ button user will be updated and update message will be shown.

Follow below steps to modify users details from Pending Invites section -

  1. Click anywhere on the user card to modify the account details on pending section.

  2. After clicking on the user's card, user form will be shown and admin can modify the name field

  3. Admin can modify the details and click on the “Save“ button or “Save“ Icon to save the changes.

  4. After clicking on the “Save“ button or “Save“ icon user details will be updated and Admin need to resend the mail again.

  5. Admin can click on the resend button on the user card to send the mail again to user.

Manage additional privileges to users

Admin can assign any user with admin rights

Follow below steps to assign users as an Admin -

  1. Click anywhere on the user card to modify the account details.

  2. After clicking on the user's card, user form will be shown

  3. Click on the admin checkbox to assign or remove a user as an Admin.

  4. Admin can modify the other details and click on the “Save“ button or “Save“ Icon to save the changes.

Archive and delete user’s account

Admin can archive or delete the user’s based on the requirements of the organization.

Follow below steps to archive and delete the users -

Click on the Archived button on the user’s card

After clicking on the archived button an confirmation pop up will be shown

Click confirm button to archive the user.

Confirmation message will be shown as user is archived

Archived users will be made inactive and can be viewed by clicking on “Show Archived“ toggle.

Admin can restore the user by clicking on “Restore“ button.

Admin can delete the user by clicking on “delete“ button, a confirmation pop will be shown if clicked on delete button
